Ngưu Cát — Ushiyoshi Ngưu Cát — is serious about two things: a good time and ridiculously good Wagyu. Melt-in-your-mouth cuts, bold flavour, grilled with care in a cosy space — whether you’re a connoisseur or just here for the photo, they’ve got you.

The venue tells a Wagyu-from-Kyushu story — marbling that melts on the tongue — and sets a smokeless in-table grill at the centre of every table. The main hall is a terracotta cave with hanging plants; private rooms host big groups and families.
