The Naii story

The alley
Alley 36 Le Loi is Saigon in miniature: banh mi carts, tea shops, BÁC Vietnamese Cuisine shoulder to shoulder. Amid the bustle, a teal facade with gold script appears — Naii needs no big sign; the whole alley knows the way in.

Gold script on teal
"Naii Cafe" in raised 3D gold script, below it "36BIS LE LOI, Q1, TPHCM" and the round "specialty coffee and cake" seal. On Google Maps the shop is Naii Specialty Coffee — but Saigon locals know it by the name on the sign.

The art-filled room
Through the glass double doors is a small, cozy room: teal walls with round floral prints, the big tiger textile, a "COFFEE REGION" map, tall bookshelves, monstera pots and the red standing fan. Warm track lighting, herringbone floors, jazz all afternoon — as calm as an art-loving friend's living room.

The bar and the handwritten menu
The wooden bar runs toward the back, shelves of brewing gear, the glowing blue NAII roundel over the back door. The menu is handwritten in calligraphy — the good stuff gets stars: ★★ for egg coffee and ice-blended coconut coffee, ★ for salted coffee. The caramelized banana cake is the most mentioned item across 545 reviews at 4.9★.
