Ăn Là Nhớ is the neighborhood quán of 123A Tran Quoc Thao: open 06:00–21:00 every day, cooking mì quảng for the neighbors and the regulars. 2mm golden turmeric noodles, a rich Quảng-style broth, firm fragrant gà ta — and a name that stays with you after a single bowl.

Eat it, remember it
The name is the promise: a bowl so good you remember it after one taste. Regulars still call it “the gà ta quán on Tran Quoc Thao”.
