THE WHITE CONTAINER AT B2

Meat & Meet was born on 14/02/2017 with a simple idea: quality Korean BBQ at fair prices, inside an instantly recognizable industrial container space. The Saigon Centre branch carries that spirit down to B2 — corrugated walls, a laser-cut steel sign, white booths, and chrome ducts multiplied in the mirrored ceiling.

As the brand's third kitchen in District 1, this branch chose a different format: instead of waiting for dishes to be served like at the Le Thi Rieng kitchen, every dish is laid out on a central line — guests walk, choose, and grill themselves.

B2 gets no daylight — the light here is the mall's own: bright white booth lighting, warm marquee bulbs, chrome reflections. The interior photos are from the brand's website; no public photo of the actual buffet line exists yet.
