The MEAT & MEET Lê Thị Riêng story — charcoal grilling
A bed of charcoal embers at the table — meat done over fire, eaten till the coals burn out.
The charcoal grill is the restaurant's heart: a round perforated grate over real charcoal embers, a stainless exhaust hood over every table. Fat drips and sizzles onto the coals, fragrant smoke rises into the hood — the smoke flavors the meat, not your clothes.
The container-industrial interior, true to the brand: a navy corrugated-steel facade, giant white MEAT & MEET letters, warm strings of Edison bulbs, the KOREAN BBQ CONTAINER glass sign. Inside: white tables, round charcoal grills, red banchan bowls — busiest at lunch and dinner.
The Lê Thị Riêng branch runs table service — no self-serve line: staff take your order and bring the meat to the table. Buffet is priced per person, prices exclude VAT; promos apply to groups of 2+, not valid on weekends or holidays.
