LÒ GẠCH
A four-floor brick house in District 10 — where old songs play over a Hi-end system, amber light glows through every breeze block, and a black coffee is just 30 thousand đồng.

Fired since 2012
An architect converted a 7×20m house into a true brick kiln: pressed brick, tube brick, terracotta, breeze blocks — covering all four floors. The owner says brick absorbs sound, letting the McIntosh tube amp, Tannoy speakers and Revox reel-to-reel play Phạm Duy and Trịnh Công Sơn love songs in full roundness.

Every kind of brick
A display wall of every brick the kilns ever fired: pressed, tube, terracotta, breeze blocks — arranged as a work of art.

Hi-end system
Tube amps, horn speakers, reel-to-reel — and musician portraits hung on the glowing brick walls.

Fabric over brick
A cream fabric ceiling rippling softly over hard fired brick — hardness below, softness above.
Four quiet floors
The air-conditioned ground floor is for those who need to focus; the three garden floors above stay breezy — climb slowly and the noisy city stays below.
