L'ENTRECÔTE
One dish, three acts: walnut salad, sirloin in the secret sauce, crisp homemade frites.

L'Entrecôte — Social Meating · Parisian steakhouse in District 1
No choosing required: the whole meal is one formula, served in three acts like the entrecôte houses of Paris.
One dish. Three acts.
The course never changes from start to finish — each act brings exactly one dish, in exactly this order.
The Walnut Salad
The meal opens with a crisp salad and walnuts — the Parisian way.
Sirloin & the Secret Sauce
Perfectly grilled sirloin under the secret sauce, found only at L'Entrecôte — the recipe is never revealed.
Homemade Frites
Golden, crisp homemade frites — the closing act of the three-act course.
The secret sauce, no recipe.
The sauce arrives in a brass cup, poured over the sirloin — and the recipe is known to no one outside.
We don't describe the sauce — because the house doesn't either.
Two services every day.
Lunch service 11:00–14:00 and dinner 16:00–22:00, with a midday break 14:00–16:00.
Seen from inside.
Quilted red-leather dining room, the brass bar and the three-act plate — real photos from the house.
