Steampunk cocktail bar & eatery · Pasteur

The story

The inventor's bar

Gears, brass and low light — a 19th-century machine room that happens to pour cocktails.

The bar wall — brass rail, backlit bottles, gear detailing

Chapter 1

A 19th-century machine room

Dark timber, tufted leather, smoked glass and brass rails. Seating sits low under pools of amber — the room feels like the inside of a pocket watch, gears still turning.

The alchemy bench — nixie-tube clock, pressure gauges, a signature serve

Chapter 2

Liquid alchemy

The bar treats cocktails as experiments: a nixie-tube clock, pressure gauges, a titration rig dripping into the glass. The Stogie — Islay whisky, walnut, saffron, cigar smoke — is the signature of the bench.

A seating nook — tufted leather, smoked glass, amber pools

Chapter 3

Jazz after dark

Three nights a week — Tue, Thu, Sun, 9 to 11 PM — live jazz under the low amber light. After 21:00 the room shifts fully into cocktail mode.
