Hoff Coffee Brewers hides on the 2nd floor of an old apartment at 42bis Lý Tự Trọng — the café of the “Coffee Roastery Bean Hop” roastery. Inside: dark wood floors, cognac-brown leather chairs, a long wooden table crowded with laptops under woven dome pendants, and a mezzanine with a glass railing. This is where District 1 comes to work: quiet enough, coffee taken seriously.
