One street, one heart, one grill

Hanmaeum Nguyen Hue has something no other District 1 Korean BBQ has: a dining room right on the Nguyen Hue walking street. Step out after dinner into the crowds, the street lights, the Saigon river breeze.

Hanmaeum (한마음) means "one heart" — and that heart has a face: Coach Park Hang Seo, the brand ambassador in Vietnam, with a meat set named after him on the menu cover.

Before it touches the grill, the pork goes through German-standard wet aging (숙성) — more tender, juicier, keeping its natural sweetness. The word 숙성 is printed before every cut's name, like a promise.
