Chapter 01

The 150-year-old house

Drinking & Healing sits on the 2nd floor of a 150-year-old French colonial building in the heart of District 1. Aged walls, warm wood, time-softened glass — the room itself is a remedy for Saigon's noisy nights.

Chapter 02

The healers

Here, bartenders are called “healers”. They don't ask “what'll you have” — they ask how your evening feels, bitter or sweet, light or strong… then prescribe a drink made only for you.

Chapter 03

The mixing ritual

Every pour here is carefully “compounded”: precise measures, dropper-finished oils, fresh herb garnishes. Apothecary meets cocktail bar — slow, precise, and deliberate.
