Clay through fire, poetry through scent
A tea-poetry house in District 10: clay fired into pottery, a menu fired into poetry.
“đất nung” — clay through fire becomes pottery; the shop’s poetry, through scent.
Đất Nung’s menu is a real book of poems: 19 drinks in three chapters by scent — HƯƠNG MÙA HÈ bright with summer, HƯƠNG NGỌT NGÀO gentle with sweetness, HƯƠNG ĐẤT warm with earth. Every name is a verse: Đất đỏ is not Thai red milk tea, Sương đêm is not rice milk with grass jelly. You order poetry, and the poetry arrives tasting exactly as you remembered.
The shop keeps a hand-illustrated menu page from July 2025 — prices sit quietly at the page margin like page numbers: 45–65 thousand đồng. Nothing here is invented; every figure is copied straight from the shop’s own menu page.
The room is wood and clay: wooden bookshelves, a soft reading nook, handmade clay mugs on the counter, and lamps that warm as the street turns to night. A place to sit long, read a few pages, and order one more verse.

Stay long, read slow
Bring a book, take the reading nook, order a “Sương đêm”.
Anyone who would rather order by a poem’s name than by its ingredients.
Poetry takes time — if you need to order fast and leave, another shop fits better.
