The wall of honor
Inside, one wall holds 18 framed portraits — each frame names a “staff member” by name and breed. This is Cherry’s real team, straight off that wall.
Beyond dogs and cats there are capybaras, a raccoon and meerkats — the capybara is at the 212 Nguyen Tri Phuong branch.
Three floors, three worlds
Dogs and cats each get their own floor; the top floor is the spa & hotel.
The bark team’s playground
Husky, Poodle, Samoyed, Corgi, Beagle… roaming free among the wooden tables. Staff clean constantly, so there’s no pet smell. Before entering: change slippers + wash hands.
The cats’ kingdom
Munchkins and cats whose faces always look “grumpy” but are utterly sweet. The logo-printed cup is yours to keep as a souvenir.
The Boss’s beauty room
Spa baths, grooming, beauty — with glass so you can watch the whole process. Plus a Pet Shop and Pet Hotel for when the boss travels.
Adopt, don’t abandon
Cherry runs a rescue-and-rehome program for pets with hard-luck pasts. Drop by — you might meet a four-legged friend waiting for a home.
