A red arch with สวัสดี (sawadee) greets guests from the Cao Thang sidewalk. Inside is a modern dining room: teal walls, red lanterns in rows overhead, the gold elephant logo on the wall. Open 11 AM to 10 PM, every day.

Dishes arrive in handled brass bowls — sour-spicy soup, steamed lime fish with lime wheels and cilantro. Pad thai folded in a crisp golden egg net, served with grilled chicken and peanuts. There are grilled banana-leaf parcels with a sour-spicy chili dip. To drink: a red dragon-fruit cooler or a chilled pineapple carafe.

The table card at Chang lists the whole system: many branches across HCMC and Hanoi. The 6 Cao Thang branch is District 3's lunch-and-dinner meetup — when the red lanterns light up, it's time to eat.
