The Capital Grille's first Asia location sits high in Bitexco Financial Tower — where the city lights meet white-tablecloth dining.
When Darden Restaurants decided to bring The Capital Grille to Asia, they didn't choose Singapore or Tokyo — they chose Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam became the American steakhouse brand's first Asian destination.
The room keeps the classic American club feel: dark wood panelling, red leather banquettes, white tablecloths and tall windows over the night-time city. On the table: steaks, a fresh seafood tower and wines poured the steakhouse way.
With a perfect 5.0 from 43 Google reviews, the restaurant has quickly become one of District 1's most talked-about fine-dining addresses.
