Our story
Anam — a name from Saigon's past
“Anam” — that is how the French, over a century ago, romanized this country's name: Annam. The house chose that name as a greeting from the past, then continued the story in the flavor of today's coffee.
The second signature is the Anam Catinat Blend — Catinat was the colonial-era name of today's Đồng Khởi street, where quiet Saigon mornings drifted by. Highland Arabica and Robusta meet cheese foam and lemon zest: a bridge between then and now.
The beans are entirely of today: 100% Robusta & Arabica selected from the Central Highlands, Arabica hand-harvested from misty Cau Dat Farm. Heritage in the name, modern in every cup.
