A Mà meansgrandma

The name is grandma in Cantonese — and a promise to cook like home.

Eat like 1980s Kowloon.

A Mà Kitchen takes its name from 'A Mà' — grandma in Cantonese. It is a tribute to family meals: hand-folded dimsum, roast char siu and Hong Kong-style milk tea.

Step inside and you are on a 1980s Kowloon street: red-green neon signs, wooden tables, vintage posters, even a replica street noodle cart.

The Võ Văn Tần branch sits in buzzing District 3; the Cống Quỳnh branch (189 Cống Quỳnh) serves District 1. One kitchen, one flavour.
