THE STORY
The A+C Coffee Experience story
Two glowing discs on the bar wall — the whole name of the shop, hanging like twin moons.
A+C Coffee Experience sits in a bamboo alley off Pasteur in District 3 — a multi-floor shophouse renovated into a specialty bar meets art gallery. The ground floor holds the terrazzo bar with its backlit “SPECIALTY COFFEE BAR” signage, where N2 cold brew pours on tap like draft beer.
Deeper in sits the coffee-bean-shaped communal table — curved wood, glass legs, the bean groove carved in — ringed by terracotta walls hung with large folk paintings and pop-art can paintings (“PAIN LOVE JUICE”). Behind the glass: the bamboo courtyard with gravel and cube stools — sunlit by day, a different world from the night bar.
The menu runs on two house blends: A+C Brown Espresso for coffee and A+C Matcha Blend for the Japanese collection — from the traditional-phin Fluffy Cloud to the 92.000đ Croissee Cloud. By day it's a laptop-workers' haunt; around 2pm every seat is usually taken.

- The twin glowing discs right above the bar — the A+C name made physical, not just printed on the menu.
- N2 cold brew on tap with two Ethiopian single origins: Guji Uraga Washed G1 and Yirgacheffe Natural G1.
- The coffee-bean communal table — the shop's own silhouette, found nowhere else.
- Large folk paintings on terracotta walls and pop-art can paintings — a coffee shop that feels like a gallery.
- The bamboo courtyard behind glass — a pocket of daylight inside the night bar.
N2 on tap, Ethiopian single origins, the creative A+C Essence line — enough to keep a geek here all afternoon.
Wide tables, daylight through the glass wall — a genuine laptop-workers' haunt.
Peak hours around 2pm are packed and loud — this is no library.
