About the spot
Ellington Cocktail & Whisky Bar — founder TA designed the room herself at 44E Pasteur and named it for Duke Ellington: crystal chandeliers, a jazz-and-soul soundtrack, a forgotten-classics program (Pink Squirrel, French Connection), a growing Macallan selection, and head bartender Nguyen Hoang Bao Long. Open daily 17:00–02:00.
