Com Tam Sao Mai at 852 Truong Sa, Ward 14, District 3 is a streetfront broken-rice shop along the Nhieu Loc canal, open 7:30am to 9pm every day. Raised green letters on a black board, a glass case of savory trays (eggs, braised pork, chicken, pork skin), a few stainless and red plastic tables.
