Min Coffee is a kiosk. Let me say that plainly first, because the menu board will try to convince you it's a department store: ~90 priced items, photographed in May 2026 — phin, machine, cacao, Uji matcha, milk tea, blended, teas, sodas, yaourts, smoothies. Toppings from 6k. Bottled salted coffee at 45k. The name says it all: "Cà Phê, Matcha & Trà Mang Đi." Coffee, matcha, and tea — to go. The whole business model fits on the sign.
And yet. The differentiator is real: Matcha Uji Ceremonial — cold-whisked, 9–10 grams, 40k — plus matcha latte with strawberry, mango, peach, matcha Oreo, matcha with orange or coconut. No other takeaway shop in D10 leads with ceremonial-grade Uji matcha. I asked; the whisking is done to order, not from a jug. That's the detail that separates a kiosk from a kiosk.
1 / 3Practical data, since you'll want it: Sunday 6:30–16:00, Monday–Friday 6:30–17:00, Saturday 6:30–14:00. Early hours, early close — this is a morning machine. Cup carriers, kraft bags, sealed bottles for the road. 5.0 stars from 91 reviews, which for a takeaway counter means the regulars are loyal and the drinks are consistent.
Ninety items sounds like chaos. In practice it's a map: the board is organized, the prices are in thousands of đồng, and the staff move like people who have done this ten thousand times.
The romance here isn't in the room — there barely is a room. It's in the efficiency, the way a good trailhead kiosk has its own beauty: everything you need, nothing you don't, open before you're awake. I grabbed a cold-whisk matcha and a bottled salted coffee for the road, the way you'd pack provisions. Both survived the motorbike ride. Both were excellent at the destination, which is the entire test for takeaway.
Good to know
Not a destination café. A supply stop. And as supply stops go, one of the best-equipped in the district — the bus leaves on time, and so does Min.
