Caztus Ice Blended has it printed right on the cup: "We are not a coffee shop." And you know what? Correct. This place does ONE thing — ice-blended drinks — and does it with the confidence of a shop that knows exactly what it is.

Corner of Võ Thị Sáu × Đinh Tiên Hoàng, big yellow walls, cactus everything. The signature move is the wishing cactus by the door — a big golden cactus covered in little wish cards that customers buy, write on, and hang up. I wrote "more cafés like this" and hung it next to someone's "pass my exams." The menu is unhinged in the best way: drink names are full Vietnamese-English puns. "Hà Trồng Tàu Hũ." "Cam Chịu Vải." The drinks come in domed cups with the round black-and-yellow logo, topped with cream cheese foam or chocolate cream depending on your pick. Seasonal menu rotates constantly so there's always something new to try. Eco points too — bamboo straws, fabric bags for sale, the tables are wood with newspaper pressed under glass. <Quote>

Real talk from the reviews (424 on Foody, I read a LOT): it's a study/deadline spot, a friend hangout, a check-in place. The upstairs is quieter if you need to actually work. Peak hours get LOUD with student groups, and yes, there are mosquitoes because of all the plants (bring repellent, thank me later). Parking attitude got one bad review but I had no issues.
